Ingredients


Makes: 4–6 servings
  • 1 lb (450 g) potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 2/3 C (160 ml) skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp (2,5 ml) Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) Dukkah, prepared

Preparation


 
  • In Multipurpose Pot - 12 C , boil potatoes until tender. Drain in removable colander, and return to pot. Cover, and set aside.
  • In a saucepan or in an Prep Bowls (set of 4), mix milk with Herb & Garlic Dip Mix. Heat or microwave on medium for 2 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mash or whip potatoes until lump-free. Add milk mixture and olive oil, and stir until smooth. Sprinkle with prepared Dukkah, and serve.
